Synonymous with the holiday of freedom. Free routines including free play, time is certainly the most anticipated baby. However, the lack of attention to the behavior of the child may have a negative impact on health which may interfere with the fun during the holidays. No need to worry, there are easy steps to keep them happy and healthy during the holidays. So, how do I maintain healthy to keep it healthy during the holidays as it is today? Here are some tips that can be applied:
1. Good habit of healthy eating, before and during the holidays, for example, increase vegetables and fruits, not overeating and not eating any food.
2. Strive for adequate and quality sleep in order to maintain freshness.
3. Multiply the water consumed.
4. Although on vacation, be sure to do light exercise, such as jogging or brisk walking for fifteen minutes.
5. Wash hands frequently with soap that contains anti-bacterial hand, considering we are in public places, especially before eating or after handling food.
